How do I use my pizza dough?

  1. Rest the dough. Place on a floured surface at room temperature for one hour. 

  2. Stretch the dough. Stretch or roll your dough into a 10–12 inch disk or oval and place on an oiled and cornmeal-sprinkled sheet pan.

  3. Build your pizza. Top with ingredients as desired, then let rest in a warm place for at least 30 minutes, until edges look puffy.

  4. Bake your pizza. Place in an oven preheated to 500 degrees. Bake for 10–15 minutes until edges are a golden brown and toppings are cooked to your liking. If the bottom is not brown enough, finish on a preheated griddle.
